Ruida futures co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Ruida futures) was established in 1993 and headquartered in Xiamen. It is a large national futures company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission and State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China. In November 2012, Ruida futures completed the shareholding reform, and its business scope covers financial futures brokera金年会官方网站入口ge, commodity futures brokerage, futures investment consulting, and asset management. It also has risk management services through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ruida Xinkong capital management co.，LTD. Ruida futures is a member of Dalian commodity exchange, Zhengzhou commodity exchange and Shanghai futures exchange, and a settlement member of China Financial futures exchange. Ruida futures is the third futures company in China and the first one in Fujian province to obtain the qualification of financial futures brokerage business. It is also one of the first ten futures companies to obtain the qualification of China Financial futures exchange membership.
